1. General Provisions
- Welcome
Welcome to the website of Global Professional Consulting, Inc. (GPC). This User Agreement defines the rules for using our website globalconsultingedu.com and related services. By using our site and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue using the site and services.
- About the Company
Global Professional Consulting, Inc. offers consulting and educational services to help clients pursue education, professional licensing, and career advancement in the USA. We are not an accredited educational institution or a government agency; we act as consultants and intermediaries providing informational and organizational support.
- Age Restrictions
Our services are intended for adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- Privacy
We value the confidentiality of your personal data. Our Privacy Policy (available on the site) describes how we collect and process your information. By using our site and services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
2. Our Services
We offer a wide range of educational and consulting services
- Online courses and exam preparation
GPC offers programs to prepare for professional and language exams (for example, NCLEX–RN for nurses, USMLE for physicians, and English language tests such as TOEFL, ESL, etc.). We develop customized courses and provide training individually, in groups, and online.
- Educational and career consultations
We provide personal consultations on education and career development. We analyze your background and help determine the optimal path to a US diploma or professional license. We advise whether you need additional studies or can validate your existing qualifications, and we create a step-by-step plan to achieve your goals.
- Credential evaluation and licensing assistance
We assist in evaluating foreign diplomas and qualifications for recognition in the USA. We guide and support you through the process of submitting documents to credential evaluation agencies (for example, ERES – Educational Records Evaluation Service – and other NACES members), to the CGFNS for nurses, to the ECFMG for physicians, and to similar bodies for other professions (e.g., pharmacists). Our specialists advise which organizations to choose and help prepare and submit the necessary documents.
- Admission to educational institutions abroad
We offer consultations and practical assistance with admission to universities abroad. Currently, we primarily help with distance enrollment in our partner universities in Europe (including Ukraine) for bachelor’s or master’s degrees through flexible online programs. We select programs and institutions that fit your goals and help prepare the application package for admission. Please note: admission decisions are made by the universities themselves, and we do not influence the final decision of the admissions committees.
- Translation and legalization of documents
We provide official certified translations of academic transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and other documents according to the requirements of educational institutions, employers, and government agencies in the USA. We can also facilitate document legalization – for example, obtaining an apostille for diplomas and certificates from authorized bodies in the country of issuance (Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, etc.), and requesting official transcripts or duplicates of lost documents from educational institutions.
- Newsletters and informational emails
By registering on our site or using our services, you may receive emails and other messages from us. These include educational materials (useful articles, exam preparation tips, news about education and licensing) and promotional information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
All the services listed above are provided under the terms of this Agreement. If any service has additional rules or requires a separate agreement, we will notify you of these requirements before that service begins.
3. Terms of Service Provision
To gain access to our services and materials, you may need to register on the website or provide required information. The main conditions and procedure of interaction are as follows:
- Registration and communication
For some services (for example, scheduling a consultation or enrolling in a course), you may need to register and provide contact information (full name, email address, phone number, etc.). You agree to provide accurate and current information. We may use your contact details to communicate with you regarding service delivery (such as confirming appointments, sending materials, or providing organizational details).
- Document requirements
Depending on the nature of the service, you may be required to provide certain documents. For example:
- For enrollment in preparatory courses (for example, NCLEX, USMLE, TOEFL), usually it is sufficient to provide basic contact information and make payment, after which you will receive access to training or a class schedule.
- For services related to university admission or diploma evaluation, you may be asked to provide additional documents, such as:
- copies of diplomas or education certificates;
- academic transcripts (lists of courses and grades);
- certified translations of these documents (if they are not in English);
- a copy of your passport or other ID;
- a résumé (CV);
- and other information required by educational institutions or evaluation organizations.
You are responsible for providing genuine, authentic documents. If it is discovered that the submitted documents are falsified or contain inaccurate information, we have the right to terminate the provision of services immediately, without any refund of fees paid.
- For translation and apostille services, you must provide us with clear copies or originals of the documents to be translated or legalized. By providing these documents, you confirm that you have the right to use them, and you consent to their processing (including transfer to third parties, such as a translation agency or government authority) strictly for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
- Contract formation
This Agreement is considered accepted and binding at the moment you perform any of the following actions: register on our website, submit a request for a service (for example, by filling out a registration form for a course), or make payment for a service. By taking any of these actions, you accept this public offer and create a legal obligation for us to provide the corresponding service under the terms of this Agreement.
- During service delivery
You agree to cooperate actively with us by providing any requested information and documents in a timely manner, staying in contact with our specialists for clarifications, and following reasonable instructions (for example, completing assignments as part of a course or following our guidance for submitting documents). In return, we commit to providing services of high quality and within agreed time frames, to keep you informed about our progress, and to advise you on any questions within our competence.
- Representation to external organizations
If you order services that involve submitting documents to third-party organizations (such as educational institutions, credential evaluation agencies, licensing authorities, or government bodies for apostilles), you authorize GPC to act on your behalf to the extent necessary to fulfill the task. This may include filling out applications, sending your documents to the relevant organizations, and communicating with them. We handle this responsibility carefully and use your documents only for the purpose of providing the requested service. Please note that certain procedures may require you to provide a power of attorney or to submit documents in person; in such cases, we will guide you through the process, but the final responsibility for proper completion lies with you.
4. Payment for Services
Our services are provided on a paid basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Below are the payment terms:
- Pricing
The current prices for services are listed on the website (in course or service descriptions) or will be communicated to you individually upon request. We reserve the right to update service prices periodically. Before placing an order and making a payment, please verify the current price of the chosen service.
- Currency and taxes
Payment must be made in the currency specified on the invoice or payment page. If you make a payment using an international credit/debit card or bank transfer, your issuing bank may charge an additional fee for currency conversion. Typically, the prices listed on the site include any applicable taxes; if not, information about any required taxes or fees will be provided to you.
- Payment methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and bank transfers. The specific methods available will be offered to you when you place an order. You are required to pay the full amount due before the start of service (unless agreed otherwise). After successful payment, a payment confirmation and/or receipt will be sent to your email address.
- Payment security
Payments by bank card or other methods are processed through third-party payment providers that ensure transaction security (for example, using SSL encryption). We do not store or collect your card data on our site; all payment information is entered on secure pages of the payment systems.
- Third-Party fees
The cost of our services does not include any fees or charges imposed by third parties, including but not limited to: credential evaluation agency fees, exam fees, government fees for apostille services, consular fees, shipping costs for documents, and bank commissions. The client is solely responsible for the timely payment of all third-party fees.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All timeframes mentioned in this section are measured in calendar days.
5.1 General Principles
All payments for our courses, consultations, and other services are non-refundable, except where explicitly required by law or approved by Global Professional Consulting (GPC) under this Policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge your commitment to use the service. We encourage you to carefully review the service details and ask any questions before making a payment.
5.2 After a Service Has Started
Once a service, course, or billing period has started, the payment for that period is non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases (for example, if GPC cancels the service) and must be approved by GPC. In such cases, only the cost of unused future sessions or periods may be eligible for a refund. For the purposes of this Policy, a course or service is considered to have started on the date of the first scheduled session or, in the case of self-paced digital products, on the date your access is activated.
5.3 Refund Processing and Administrative Fees
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 calendar days of our written approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used in your agreement. Please note that your bank or payment platform may require additional time to post the funds to your account. If a refund is approved after the course or service has already started, a non-refundable administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers non-recoverable costs, including payment processing fees, enrollment processing, account setup, and administrative time.
5.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following payments and charges are not eligible for a refund:
- Taxes, third-party platform fees, and payment processing fees.
- Currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.
- Fees for missed classes or partial attendance.
- Fees for digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Purchases made on third-party platforms (for example, paid access to external recordings). In such cases, please contact the platform directly for their refund policy.
5.5 Credits and Postponements
In case of serious personal circumstances (such as documented illness or family emergency), GPC may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future month or allow you to postpone your participation instead of providing a refund. Credits are non-transferable and expire six months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.6 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to adams@globalconsultingedu.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The purchased service (e.g., “NCLEX Prep Course”)
- Payment date and amount
- A detailed reason for your request
We may require additional documentation to support your claim (for example, proof of serious illness or a personal emergency). We will review your request within a reasonable time and inform you of our decision.
5.7 Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at adams@globalconsultingedu.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that while a dispute is under review, we may temporarily suspend your access to our services.
5.8 Legal Exceptions
This Policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable law (such as mandatory “cooling-off” periods for distance selling or other consumer protection laws). GPC will honor all such legal requirements.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership of materials
All materials published on the website globalconsultingedu.com and on related platforms (including texts, course programs, video lessons, presentations, articles, graphics, logos, and others) are the property of GPC or our partners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Personal license
By purchasing our services (courses, consultations, translations, etc.), you receive a personal, limited license to use the provided materials solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use the educational materials for your own learning, but you may not distribute or sell them to third parties.
- Restrictions on use
You may not copy, reproduce, make publicly available, transmit to third parties, or otherwise use the content of the site and course materials without our prior written consent. In particular, you are not allowed to:- Share access to your personal account or educational materials with others who have not paid for the course.
- Publish materials received as part of consultations or training (notes, presentations, videos, etc.) on third-party resources or social networks, or distribute them via email.
- Use our materials to create your own products or services that compete with our company.
- Trademarks
The name Global Professional Consulting, the GPC logo, and the names of our programs and courses may be trademarks or service marks of our company. Other product and organization names mentioned on the site (for example, the names of exams or agencies like NCLEX, USMLE, TOEFL, ERES, CGFNS, ECFMG, etc.) belong to their respective owners. The use of these names on our site is for informational purposes only and does not imply that we have any rights to those trademarks.
- Feedback
If you voluntarily provide us with ideas, suggestions, feedback, or materials (for example, a course review or ideas for improving our services), you agree that we may use and publish this information without any compensation to you. The copyright for your feedback remains with you; however, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and distribute your feedback as part of promoting our services.
7. User Obligations and Responsibility
When using the website and our services, you agree to adhere to the following rules and are responsible for their violation:
- Accuracy of information
You represent that the information you provide about yourself (during registration, service requests, etc.) is accurate, current, and pertains to you. If any information changes (for example, you change your phone number, name, or address), you agree to notify us promptly so we can update your records. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of false or outdated data (for example, if an incorrect email address causes you to miss an important communication).
- Proper conduct
You agree to use the site and services in a lawful manner and not to take any actions that could cause harm to us or other users. In particular, you must not:- Post or transmit through the site any illegal, offensive, or obscene information, or any advertising materials not authorized by us.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, sections of the site, or computer systems or networks connected to our site.
- Disrupt the operation of the site (for example, by spreading viruses or malware, performing DDoS attacks, or engaging in other actions that interfere with the service’s functionality).
- Use automated scripts or software to collect information from the site or to interact with the site without our permission.
- Account Security
If you are provided with an account (login and password) or an access code to use our services, you are responsible for keeping this information secure. Do not share your login credentials with third parties. All actions performed under your account will be considered as having been performed by you. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
- Compliance with law
You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using our services. It is forbidden to use our consultations or materials for activities that violate the law. For example, you may not use our translations or assistance to provide false information to government bodies or to deceive examination boards. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate cooperation if we become aware of any unlawful purpose behind the use of our services.
8. Limitation of GPC’s Liability
We strive to provide high-quality and useful services, but we need to clarify the limits of our liability:
- No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee any particular result from our services. We cannot promise that you will be admitted to any specific educational institution, pass any exam, obtain any license, or secure any employment – these outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, academic performance, language proficiency, and decisions made by third-party organizations (such as universities, examination boards, or licensing authorities). Our responsibility is to provide you with support, knowledge, and guidance, but the ultimate result is beyond our control.
- Third-party organizations
GPC is not responsible for the actions or inactions of third-party organizations involved in your education or licensing process. For example, we are not liable for the timelines or outcomes of work by credential evaluation agencies (such as ERES and others), CGFNS/ECFMG, educational institutions, government bodies issuing apostilles, embassies (for visa processing), and so on. We prepare documents diligently and guide you on requirements, but we cannot influence the decisions or schedules of these organizations. Any time frames we mention regarding the work of third parties are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
- Consultation recommendations
Any recommendations provided during our consultations (educational, career, immigration, etc.) are the opinions of our specialists based on their experience and knowledge. You make the final decisions (for example, where to apply, which program to choose, how to plan your career). We are not responsible for the outcomes of any decisions you make based on our advice. We recommend that you carefully consider important steps and, if necessary, seek multiple independent opinions.
- Technical availability
We make efforts to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the site and the availability of online materials. However, we cannot guarantee that the site will always be free from technical issues or errors. GPC is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the user due to technical failures, temporary unavailability of the site, or loss of data resulting from such failures, attacks, or unauthorized access. In the event of technical problems, we will work to restore the functionality of the service as quickly as possible.
- Liability cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our monetary liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid for the service that is the subject of your claim. Under no circumstances will GPC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (such as lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, emotional harm, etc.) arising from or related to the use of or inability to use our services or materials.
- Force majeure
GPC is exempt from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, industrial accidents, acts of war, civil disturbances, Internet outages, power failures, actions of government authorities that make provision of services temporarily impossible or illegal, and so on. In such cases, the time for fulfilling our obligations is extended by a period equivalent to the duration of the impediment. We will inform users of any force majeure situation on the site or via email as soon as practicable.
9. Changes to Terms and Termination of Service
- Changes to this Agreement
GPC reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users by posting a notice on the site and/or by sending a message to your registered email. The new version of the Agreement will take effect from the time it is published on the site, unless a different effective date is specified. Your continued use of the site or services after the changes take effect will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Changes to services
We continually work on improving and expanding our services. This means that the scope, features, prices, and availability of our services are subject to change. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue certain services (in whole or in part) if necessary, with advance notice to users via the website or other means. If a service is discontinued before it has been fully provided to you and you have already made a payment, we will offer you either to apply the paid amount toward another service or to receive a refund for the remaining portion of the service not rendered.
- Termination of access
We have the right to terminate or suspend your access to the site or specific services if you violate the terms of this Agreement or applicable laws. Such termination may be temporary (account suspension while the matter is investigated) or permanent (account deletion and refusal of further service), depending on the nature of the violation. In the case of a serious violation (for example, deliberate harm or fraud), we may also report the matter to law enforcement authorities. You may discontinue using our services at any time at your discretion; if you wish to delete your account or personal data, please send us a corresponding request.
- Survival of terms
Sections of this Agreement regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, disclaimers of warranty, and other provisions which by their nature are intended to remain in effect after termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where Global Professional Consulting, Inc. is registered (the United States and the State of New York), to the extent that this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence. We aim to resolve all disputes between the user and GPC through negotiation and mutual agreement whenever possible.
- Dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of GPC’s registration, unless mandatory provisions of law specify a different jurisdiction or procedure. Prior to filing a lawsuit, we strongly recommend that you send us a written claim describing the issue – this may help resolve the problem more quickly and with fewer expenses.

12.1 Additional terms

12.2 Priority in case of conflict
If there is any inconsistency between documents, the following order of precedence applies:
